Rosseti Centre eliminated massive blackouts in the Tver region

Employees of Rosseti Centre fully restored power supply to consumers of the main grid in all districts of the Tver region affected by the disaster that hit the region in the evening of 7 July and the night of 8 July. At present, the power engineers are completing work in the 0.4 kV grid according to individual requests of consumers.

During the next meeting of the interdepartmental headquarters of the region for monitoring the elimination of adverse meteorological events, Head of the General Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in the Tver Region Arsen Grigoryan thanked General Director of Rosseti Centre Igor Makovskiy for the efficient organization of emergency recovery work.

Please, be reminded that in the Tver region this morning the headquarters of Rosseti Centre were deployed, which were headed by the company’s General Director. By the decision of Igor Makovskiy, forces and means were relocated from other regions of the company’s presence, which allowed moving the load from powered lines, strengthening problem sections and accelerating the course of emergency recovery operations.

In total, 181 crews consisting of 779 people, over 255 automobile and specialized vehicles were involved in the elimination of technological violations in the electric grid complex of the region.
