Specialists of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region will provide reliable and uninterrupted power supply to polling stations at the All-Russian vote on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which runs from 25 June to 1 July. The number of stations in the service area of the energy companies (operating in 20 constituent entities of the Russian Federation) is 21,161.
To implement a range of technical and organizational measures, from 23 June, a working mode was introduced at Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region, which involves the mobilization of all forces and means to eliminate technological violations urgently.
If necessary, 2,987 crews of 12,964 people, 4,454 automotive and specialized vehicles, as well as resources of contracting organizations can be involved in eliminating technological violations in all branches of the energy companies. They also have at their disposal over two thousand standby power sources with a total capacity of more than 60 MW, which can be used to temporarily supply power, primarily to socially significant facilities in the regions.
The staff duty schedules were made taking into account the possibility of personal voting at the polling stations for each of the specialists.
The branches of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region carried out inspections of provision of crews with tools, equipment, safety gear, availability of accessories, specialized vehicles, machines and mechanisms for work, availability and serviceability of communication equipment. Communication schemes and the procedure for interaction with local authorities (units) of the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, as well as methods of warning and calling personnel in case of emergencies, are determined.
And ways of customer feedback were also worked out. The call centre of the energy companies round-the-clock receives calls from citizens via the single toll-free number - 8-800-50-50-115. In addition, customers of Rosseti Centre can send messages about outages by phone +7 (915)-369-69-69 in Viber, and customers of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region by phone +7 (920) 05-05-777 in WhatsApp and Viber, as well as leave a message on social networks. For residents, there are also unified federal online services of PJSC Rosseti’s group of companies: the electric grid services portal at портал-тп.рф, the mobile application of Rosseti’s group of companies, the “Light Country” portal.
The readiness regime will be maintained until 2 July, inclusive, and the power engineers will be mobilized until the signing of minutes at the polling stations.
“Voting on amendments to the Constitution is an important, momentous event for the whole country. The power engineers of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region are fully aware of the significance of this event and will do everything necessary to ensure reliable, uninterrupted power supply to the polling stations located in the service area of 20 regions of Russia throughout the period of the procedure,” emphasized General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy.
