Governor of the Ryazan Region Nikolay Lyubimov and General Director of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy held a working meeting

19 June 2020

The parties discussed the prospects for the development of the region’s electric grid complex and issues of improving the quality of power supply to consumers. Particular attention was paid to the preparation of the electric grid complex of the Ryazan region for the next heating season.

During the meeting, the head of the energy companies noted that the employees of the Ryazanenergo branch strictly comply with the instructions of Pavel Livinskiy, Director General of Rosseti, to complete the repair schedule. Overhaul of 25 substations of 35-110 kV, 464 transformer substations of 10/0.4 kV and more than 2,200 km of power lines of different voltage classes is planned. The clearing of routes along power lines over an area of more than 1,200 ha will be carried out, which will reduce the likelihood of technological violations.

“All work is carried out taking into account the situation in the region, using special regulations, sanitary rules and norms. At the same time, all obligations regarding reliable and high-quality power supply to consumers are fulfilled in full and on time,” stressed Igor Makovskiy.
“A clear, constructive interaction has been built between the Government of the Ryazan Region and Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region thanks to which many important projects in the economy and social sphere are being successfully implemented. We have a lot of areas of cooperation, which I am sure will continue to develop successfully,” said Nikolay Lyubimov.

At the end of the meeting, General Director of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy introduced the head of the region to the new director of the Ryazan branch, Sergey Kotenev, who had previously headed JSC “Tula City Electric Grids”.

“We are focused on high results and the priority task of Ryazan power engineers is to increase the reliability and quality of power supply to consumers, and to develop new services. The successful implementation of all activities, including the digital transformation of the electric grid complex, will allow us to create favourable conditions for the further socio-economic development of the Ryazan region, its investment attractiveness, and will provide comfort and coziness for the region’s residents,” stressed General Director of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy.
