More than 27 thousand employees of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region underwent professional training in 2019

Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region summed up the results of staff training for 2019. 27,493 employees of the energy companies received new knowledge and skills within various forms of training. About 93% of the total number of students are representatives of industrial specialties.

Among those who received new knowledge there are also representatives of administrative and managerial personnel (1,878 people), including 824 managers of different levels, as well as 136 employees related to auxiliary personnel.

107 employees of the companies received higher and secondary vocational education.

Of the total number of trained employees, 13,038 power engineers completed various advanced training courses. 11,402 employees underwent professional training, retraining and advanced training at corporate training centres.

The concept of staff training at Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region implies continuous training for all categories of specialists. The result of this approach is, in particular, an increase in the number of employees with higher education. As of 31 December 2019, 21,100 employees with higher education work at the companies, 2,133 have two or more diplomas of graduation, 56 are candidates of science, and 1 doctor of science.

The average number of employees at Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga is currently 51,698 people.
