Since the beginning of the year the volume of satisfied claims of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region by courts amounted to 1.19 billion rubles

Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region continues its systematic work to reduce receivables for electricity transmission services.

One of its most effective areas is the claim-related activity. Since the beginning of the year, the volume of claims of the company satisfied by courts amounted to 1.19 billion rubles. 814.21 million rubles of this amount are requirements for electricity suppliers of last resort in the regions.

“The implementation of our investment plans aimed at providing high-quality power supply to 20 regions of the country depends on the timely and full execution by counterparties of their debt obligations. Therefore, we intend to seek a complete and final resolution of the problem of receivables, using the widest range of organizational, administrative and legal tools, including appeals to judicial instances,” stressed General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy.

As of 1 June 2019, the total accounts receivable of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region for electricity transmission services amounted to 46.3 billion rubles, including 35.1 billion rubles of overdue debt, of which 31.7 billion rubles - overdue debts of suppliers of last resort. The companies intend to consistently continue to work on its collection. In the same period, 1,133 cases initiated by the legal unit of the companies were considered in courts of various instances for the recovery of arrears totalling 29.3 billion rubles, including 716 cases for a total of 28.5 billion rubles of claims relating to suppliers of last resort.

*- Since June 2019, all companies of the transmission and distribution grid complex in corporate and marketing communications, as well as on all corporate identity carriers have been using the new name containing the Rosseti trademark and regional or functional binding.
