The working trip of the head of the company began with a visit to Kalininsky Distribution Zone of IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division, where he inspected the readiness of personnel, specialized vehicles and equipment of the new division introduced by IDGC of Centre into the branch structure - the professional rescue unit of Tverenergo.
After the review, Igor Makovskiy met with the workforce of the branch and monitored the execution of the instructions that he set before Tverenergo during his last visit in January of this year. The issues of improving the results of the enterprise in terms of reducing losses through the use of the latest multifunctional intelligent electricity metering systems were considered. Speaking about the tasks of the branch for the near future, the head of the company as the main priorities outlined the strengthening of the system work to combat the electricity losses.
At a meeting with the leadership of Tverenergo, Igor Makovskiy discussed the results of the autumn-winter operation period and the task of improving the reliability of electricity supply to consumers in the Tver region for the current year. In addition, the head of the company gave instructions to maintain reliable and safe operation of electric grids in the fire hazard period. “Particular attention should be paid to energy facilities that feed socially significant consumers and livelihood facilities. It is necessary to fully implement the whole set of preventive measures to avoid any emergencies. First of all, we must work “ahead of the curve,” said Igor Makovskiy.
At the end of the visit, General Director of IDGC of Centre - the managing organization of IDGC of Centre and Volga Region held a meeting with experts from Tverenergo’s security unit. Igor Makovskiy noted the need to further strengthen the work of the unit in key areas, once again focusing on countering theft and minimizing electricity losses in the branch.
Summing up the results of the working visit, the head of the company highly appreciated the execution by the branch of the instructions issued by him during the last visit, and also noted the importance of direct communication with the team of branches in the regions of the Company’s service area. “Working visits allow to see the work of the branch from the inside, to correctly prioritize the company’s future activities. At present, a number of important tasks have been set before IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo, division which, if accomplished, will bring the operation of the regional power grid complex to a qualitatively new level,” emphasized Igor Makovskiy.
