Konstantin Mikhailik was among 104 winners of the second “Leaders of Russia” managerial competition, the finals of which ended the day before in Sochi at the Park of Science and Arts “Sirius”. For four days, its participants from different parts of the country participated in master classes and seminars, solved real cases from partner companies and mentors of the competition, demonstrated their leadership qualities and management potential during assessment activities.
Now, according to the rules of the competition, each of its winners will receive a mentor from among heads of state authorities, heads of regions and representatives of leading Russian companies. It should be noted that 94 tutors participated in this contest, among them - Head of the presidential administration of the Russian Federation Anton Vaino, Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko, Chairman of the Central Election Commission Ella Pamfilova, Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov, First Deputy Prime Minister, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, Head of the Audit Chamber Alexey Kudrin, Head of the Executive Committee of the All-Russian Popular Front Mikhail Razvozhaev, Head of Sberbank Herman Gref, and Minister of Defense Sergey Shoigu.
Also, under the terms of the contest, all the finalists will receive 1 million rubles each, which they can spend on studying in any Russian university.
The “Leaders of Russia” competition is the flagship project of the open platform “Russia is a country of opportunities” and an autonomous non-profit organization of the same name created by an edict of Russian President Vladimir Putin, which brings together 15 independent projects.
