Konstantin Mikhailik was among the 30 winners of the second regional semi-finals of the Contest for the Central Federal District, which was held this week in Istrinsky district of the Moscow region at the site of Sberbank Corporate University. For two days, the participants demonstrated their leadership qualities in various assessment activities. The semifinals were preceded by mandatory a test to confirm the results of the remote stage.
The “Leaders of Russia” competition is the flagship project of the open platform “Russia is a country of opportunities” and an autonomous non-profit organization of the same name created by a decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, which brings together 15 independent projects.
In January-February, regional semi-finals were held in all federal districts of Russia. To date, 269 out of 300 finalists have been identified. In addition to successfully overcoming the full-time semi-finals, the participants need to implement a social project as part of the “Leader’s Heart” task to reach the final. The final of the Competition will be held from 13-17 March in Sochi.
