During a production meeting, which took place today, on 23 January in Tver, the head of the company discussed with Tver power engineers questions concerning the future development of Tverenergo’s power grid complex.
General Director began a dialogue with the employees, noting the successful results of the exercises on organizing and working out interaction during the period of massive interruptions in operation of the power grid complex in the Tver region: “We managed to accomplish a tremendous amount of work and achieve significant results. Thus, in comparable conditions compared with the previous year, the failure rate in the regional electrical grids decreased by 10 times.”
At the same time, Igor Makovskiy drew attention to the fact that in spite of the large amount of work, is there is still a lot work to restore order in Tverenergo’s power grid complex, and he instructed to carry out a complete renovation of production processes in a short time. In particular, to achieve a standard level of losses in the branch’s grid, to maximize control of expenses and operating costs, to maintain strict monitoring of labour productivity, to change the grid topology, eliminating unloaded power lines.
“I take under personal control the reset of the Tver branch of the company and count on your active participation in the process of upgrading Tverenergo,” he stressed.
