On holidays the electric grid facilities are under special control of power engineers of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region

Power engineers of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region provide a high level of reliability of power supply to consumers in the first days of the new year of 2019. Despite the adverse weather phenomena observed in certain regions of the service area of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region, the power supply to consumers is uninterrupted.

The power engineers continue to maintain enhanced control over the operation of the electric grid complex in 20 regions of the Central and Volga Districts. All branches of the energy companies maintain round-the-clock duty of responsible persons from among technical managers, operating and maintenance staff.

In the enhanced mode, work is carried out by operating and dispatching services, first responding mobile crews of the companies. 2,872 crews consisting of more than 13 thousand people, 4,409 automobile and specialized vehicles are available to quickly respond. They have at their disposal about 1,709 backup power supply sources with a total installed capacity of about 56.16 MW, which can be used to quickly supply power to consumers. The power supply of socially significant facilities is under special control of the power engineers.

The communication scheme and procedure for interaction with services of the EMERCOM, territorial divisions of Rostechnadzor, executive authorities and local governments, operating companies of PJSC ROSSETI, and other territorial electric grid organizations were developed. Additional measures of fire safety and antiterrorist protection of facilities of the electric grid complex were taken.
