During the Headquarters meeting, General Director of IDGC of Centre - the managing organization of IDGC of Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy heard reports on the operational situation in the regions where the companies operate and set the task for power engineers to ensure trouble-free operation during holidays and weekends, including in conditions of possible adverse weather conditions. Igor Makovskiy stressed that all consumers’ complaints are under special control. “For power engineers, work on the days of long New Year holidays is of particular importance. Nothing should darken this bright holiday. The consumer expects high reliability from us, so each branch manager is personally responsible for trouble-free work, and the demand will be the strictest,” stressed Igor Makovskiy in his speech to the Headquarters’ members.

Please, be reminded that at all power facilities in the service area of the company, round-the-clock duty of dispatching and technical services, employees of operating and maintenance crews, duty supervisors at substations of branches and managers has been set. If necessary, 2,872 crews consisting of more than 13 thousand people, 4,409 automobile and specialized vehicles, as well as resources of contracting organizations can be involved in the elimination of technological violations in all branches of the power companies. They have at their disposal about 1,709 backup power supply sources with a total installed capacity of about 56.16 MW, which can be used to temporarily supply power. The power supply of socially significant facilities of the regions is under special control of the power engineers.
