Since the beginning of the year IDGC of Centre recovered 750 million rubles of debt for electricity transmission services by court decisions

IDGC of Centre continues systematic work to reduce accounts receivable for electricity transmission services. One of its most effective areas is the claim-related activity. In January-October 2018, in favour of the Company, according to writs of execution issued since the beginning of the year, 750.49 million rubles were recovered from debtors, including 650.93 million rubles from electricity suppliers of last resort in the regions.

The total amount of receivables, which, according to court decisions made during this period, should be recovered in favour of the company from defaulters, is 4.07 billion rubles (including penalties). 3.49 billion rubles of this amount accounts for receivables of suppliers of last resort.

As of 1 November, IDGC of Centre under 867 cases collects 14.07 billion rubles of debt from defaulters, including penalties. The Company intends to continue this work consistently using all opportunities provided by the current legislation.
