The KVN team (Club of the Funny and Inventive) of IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division visited Torzhoksky district of the Tver region on 30 September, where it performed for its colleagues participating in the exercises of SDCs of PJSC "Rosseti" in the region to organize interaction and eliminate mass interruptions at power grid facilities.
About 100 hundred employees of Kostromaenergo gathered in the assembly hall of the Torzhok health resort "Mitino", who work in the territory of Torzhkovsky, Likhoslavsky and Kuvshinovsky Distribution Zones of the Tver region. The members of the KVN team presented them with a diverse original creative program, during which they reflected in a comic manner the features of the power engineer’s work and told about funny situations from their daily practice. It also included ditties and dance performances. And after the end of the KVN performance the participants of the exercises were had a surprise: a video message from their immediate supervisors - chiefs of Kostromaenergo’s Distribution Zones and representatives of the branch’s management, who conveyed to them words of good luck and greetings from colleagues and relatives.
"Regardless of where each of you is working now, we remain a single team. It is very important that you feel at home in the Tver land. And we will try to do everything possible for this," stressed in her message Nadezhda Muravieva, the head of the HR department at Kostromaenergo.
After the concert, the power engineers were happy to share their impressions.
"Such events are always great! After working days, the guys need to get relaxed, have positive emotions - and here, at the KVN performance, they had many of them. They smiled, recalled humorous situations from their lives," stressed the supervisor of Kostromaenergo’s team, the deputy chief engineer for production assets management and development of the branch, Andrey Meluzov.
"It was so nice to see the guys from the native Distribution Zone on stage! Many thanks to them and all speakers for the fact that on the day off they drove almost 500 km to cheer us up, talk, give greetings. This is very unifying and inspiring!" stressed a master for operation of overhead lines of Kostromsky Distribution Zone Evgeny Smirnov.
