Employees of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division took part in the organization of an annual city holiday for first-graders, held on 8 September in Tambov within the framework of the All-Russian project "Children - our future".
On the embankment of the Tsna River, the organizers of the festival launched the "Alley of First-graders": stands with photos and names of Tambov first-graders and a list of professions of first-graders’ dreams, around which there were more than 30 themed areas, each of which presented various professions. The Tambov branch of IDGC of Centre presented a site called "I am an electrician". Each of children who visited it could try on here a working suit of an electrician, see specialized vehicles that power engineers use in their daily work. Also, on the site a photozone was organized with symbols of the All-Russian Festival of Energy Saving #VmesteYarche, where guests of the holiday could be photographed with hashtags in support of the idea of applying energy-efficient technologies.
The thematic site of Tambovenergo enjoyed great popularity among the citizens who visited the holiday, so the energy company plans to continue to participate in similar events.
The holiday "Children - our future" has been held in Russia since 2009. Its purpose is to educate the younger generation for love to work and various professions.
