IDGC of Centre’s services are demanded by customers: in the first half of the year the company accepted more than 400 thousand applications

IDGC of Centre summed up the results of work with customers for the first half of 2018.

In the specified period, specialists of the unit for interaction with customers of the company accepted 417,628 customers’ requests. 113,426 requests were submitted personally, when visiting customer service offices, the rest were sent through the Internet and the contact centre of the company.

57,480 requests were related to grid connection services, 74,765 ones - provision of additional services. The largest number of applications for additional services relates to replacement and installation of meters, support of grid connection, as well as provision of technical resources.

Revenues of IDGC of Centre from additional services amounted to 503 million rubles, which is 26% higher than planned and 9% higher than the same period of 2017.

In January-June, IDGC of Centre received 16,219 thousand customer feedbacks on the quality of work execution and issues related to energy supply.
