Yaroslavl branch of IDGC of Centre opened a modern Customer Service Centre

The renewed Customer Service Centre of IDGC of Centre - Yarenergo division began work in Yaroslavl on Republican street, 80. The office is provided with modern equipment and necessary information materials, and comfortable conditions for reception of visitors are created.

The upgraded Customer Service Centre now allows to serve up to seven visitors at a time and receive about a hundred people a day. Optimal solutions for the convenience of customers are provided here: electronic queue, comfortable waiting area, zone division of the room for the possibility of preparing the necessary documentation and reception of citizens, information booths and stands with the necessary documentation, printing materials.

This is a single office for receiving requests from citizens of Yaroslavl and the Yaroslavl region. On its site it is possible to receive complex consultations of qualified specialists on issues of electricity supply, electricity metering.

"If necessary to have connection to the branch’s power grid, staff of the Customer Service Centre will explain the client the algorithm of actions, consult on issues of obtaining and receiving documents," stressed Anton Gerasimov, Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Yarenergo division director.

IDGC of the Centre, a branch of which is Yarenergo, always places the highest priority on interests of customers. The decision to upgrade the Customer Service Centre is dictated by many factors. Every year, the number of requests to Yarenergo’s Customer Service Centre only grows. So, in 2017, the Centre received more than 22 thousand calls, of which 21,947 - for grid connection (10,900 requests) and additional services (10,078 calls). Of the additional services, the most demanded services were maintenance of meters and support of grid connection. Earlier this year, the Customer Service Centre of the branch congratulated the 5 thousandth customer who used the additional service "Grid connection support".

A personal visit to the Customer Service Centre is not the only way to appeal to energy specialists. On the site of IDGC of Centre at www.mrsk-1.ru you can leave a request, report on theft of electricity. There is also an interactive service "customer’s personal account", where it is possible to apply for grid connection, replacement (installation) of metering devices, maintenance of electrical equipment, familiarize with the schedule of outages, transfer readings of meters, calculate cost of services and perform other operations.
