Specialists of IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division continue work to restore power supply to consumers in the Smolensk region, which was disrupted as a result of bad weather.

145 repair crews of the branch are involved in the emergency recovery work. Also, power engineers from the Belgorod and Kursk branches of IDGC of Centre started travelling to help their colleagues.

To supply electricity to socially important facilities, 24 standby power supplies are being used.

Please, be reminded that due to the deterioration of the hydrometeorological situation and partial outages of power grid equipment from 06:00 pm on 21 April 2018 a special mode of operation was introduced at facilities of Smolenskenergo.

The most affected districts of the region are Vyazemsky, Velizhsky, Safonovsky, Yartsevsky, Smolensky, Gagarinsky and Roslavlsky.
