In the Tambov region on the site of the sanatorium-dispensary "Energetik" a two-day gathering of the youth of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region was opened. The rally is organized in the format of the "School of Personnel Reserve", 120 young specialists are participating in it, who are the personnel reserve of the companies from 20 regions of the country. This year the event is held under the motto "IDGC does not know the word "fear" in the fight against losses in the grids!".
At the opening ceremony, the head of the Electricity Metering Department of IDGC of Centre Ivan Zavalin, the head of the Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency Department of IDGC of Centre Natalia Yakshina, Deputy Director for Security - the head of the security department of IDGC of Centre - Yarenergo division Georgy Shirshakov and the head of the HR department of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division Olga Vyazovova.
"Representatives of the unit for selling services from 20 branches gathered here to deal with the reduction of electricity losses in grids. Participation of young energy specialists in events of this level positively affects the solution of production problems," Ivan Zavalin stressed.
"Such events have a "prolonged" effect." If you and I are asked the next day after the gathering what useful we learned, we probably will not answer at once. However, words, thoughts and people will be remembered for many years, and they will be very necessary for us, not only for professional, but for personal growth," noted Natalia Yakshina.
"Yarenergo has accumulated a rich experience of interaction between the security unit and the electricity metering department in the part of measures aimed at reducing power losses in the grids. During the gathering we will share it with colleagues," said Georgy Shirshakov.
