Specialists of Rosseti Group are eliminating the consequences of the passage of the southern cyclone through the territory of the Central Federal District, accompanied by heavy snowfall with a blizzard, rain and sharp gusts of wind.
In Moscow, the Moscow, Bryansk, Vladimir, Kaluga, Smolensk and Tula regions, technological irregularities caused by abnormal weather conditions in the power grid complex are being eliminated by more than 400 crews consisting of more than 1,500 people. At their disposal there are more than 500 specialized vehicles.
As instructed by Director General of Rosseti Pavel Livinsky, who personally controls the process of power supply restoration, 35 mobile crews from the subsidiaries - Kubanenergo, IDGC of South, IDGC of North-West and Federal Grid Company, were sent to help Moscow power engineers, where the situation is most difficult, as well as 80 reserve sources of electricity supply in addition to 120 already used in the Moscow region.
Work will continue around the clock until the full restoration of the disturbed electricity supply.
