"The electric power industry of the 21st century is a highly intelligent industry with new approaches to servicing the grid infrastructure and the relationship between participants in the process of generation, transmission, distribution and consumption of electricity. In order to ensure uninterrupted power supply to consumers, it is necessary to have modern equipment and a highly professional team. Accordingly, grid companies train personnel in a new way, because every power engineer must be ready to service any modern equipment using digital technologies and innovative solutions.
