IDGC of Centre summed up the implementation of the repair program for the first half of 2017. A number of key actions of the document were carried out by the company with exceeding of planned targets.
Power engineers carried out a comprehensive repair of 42 substations of 35-110 kV. 2,555 transformer substations of 0.4/6-10 kV and about 8,000 km of 0.4-110 kV overhead and cable power lines were repaired, which is 109% and 104% of the plan with the cumulative total, respectively. 6,545 hectares were cleared and 992 hectares of ROWs of overhead lines were broadened (104% and 101% of the planned figures by the cumulative total, respectively). About 976 million rubles were allocated for the implementation of these measures.
In total, during the year IDGC of Centre plans to carry out a comprehensive repair of 162 substations of 35-110 kV, to repair 4,408 transformer substations of 0.4/6-10 kV and about 15.8 km of overhead and cable power lines of 0.4-110 KV, to clear 11,401 hectares and expand 2,628 hectares of ROWs of overhead lines. It is planned to spend about 2 billion rubles on the repair campaign.
The largest number of 35-110 kV substations, according to the plan, will be repaired in the branches "Belgorodenergo" (28) and "Tverenergo" (27). Kostromaenergo and Kurskenergo plan to repair 23 substations. The largest volume of overhaul of 0.4-110 kV overhead lines are planned in the branches "Kurskenergo" (2.5 thousand kilometres), "Belgorodenergo" (2.3 thousand kilometres) and "Smolenskenergo" (2.1 thousand kilometres).
Among the large and significant facilities, which will be overhauled this year – the 110/35/10 kV substations "KPD" in the Kostroma region, "Red Yaruga" in the Belgorod region, "Mednovsky water intake" in the Tver region, "Oboyan" in the Kursk region and "Shestikhino" in the Yaroslavl region; the 110/6 kV substations "Trubnaya-2" in the Lipetsk region and "Vysokoye" in the Bryansk region. At the 110/35/10 kV substation "Kommash" in the Orel region element repair of the main power equipment was carried out.
The Kostroma substation "KPD" is located in the Volgorechensky industrial park zone, it feeds a new workshop for production of medium-diameter pipes for the oil and gas industry "Gazpromtrubinvest" and a drilling rig production plant of the American company National Oilwell Varco. The substation "Red Yaruga" provides electricity for a total of about 15,000 consumers in the Belgorod region. The work at it has already been completed. The feeding centre "Kommash" supplies the capacity to JSC "Mtsensk factory of municipal engineering" - a large manufacturer of road and municipal vehicles.
The substation "Mednovsky water intake" supplies electricity to the same name water intake, which supplies water to the city of Tver. The Kursk "Oboyan" substation feeds Oboyan district with a population of 35,000 people, including CJSC "Isoplit", one of the main producers of wood boards in Central Russia and a large seed-growing enterprise of CJSC "Artel". One of the largest consumers of the substation "Shestikhino" is the 110 kV substation of "Transneft-Baltika" LLC, which provides operation of the main oil pipelines of the Baltic Pipeline System. Repair of the substation "Trubnaya-2" is being carried out with the purpose of providing power supply to the newly constructed "Zvezdny" micro-district of the city of Lipetsk. The Bryansk substation "Vysokoye" feeds a section of the oil pipeline "Druzhba".
Also in 2017, a number of branches of IDGC of Centre will repair overhead lines important for regional power systems. Kurskenergo will perform work at the 110 kV overhead line "Sadovaya-Lesnaya", which provides power supply to the central part of Kursk. Specialists of Lipetskenergo to increase the reliability of power supply in Yeletsky and University micro-districts of the city of Lipetsk will repair the 110 kV overhead line "Tsentrolit-levaya".
The Smolensk branch of IDGC of Centre will repair two 110 kV overhead lines #103 and #104 "Smolenskaya TPP-2 - Liteinaya", participating in the supply of OJSC "Yartsevsky Foundry Plant" - the leading enterprise in the region for the production of cast iron. And the branch "Yarenergo" will repair the 110 kV overhead line "Shestikhinskaya-1", involved in the power supply of the most significant transit facilities of the oil and gas industry of Rybinsk district in the Yaroslavl region.
The implementation of the repair program of IDGC of Centre will ensure the quality and reliability of electricity supply to consumers of 11 subjects of the Central Federal District, and to a large extent contribute to the smooth and stable operation of the company’s electric grid complex in these regions during the period of the autumn-winter maximum of loads.
