IDGC of Centre requires the organizers of trades to purchase the Voronezh city power grid to comply with the FAS order in a proper way

IDGC of Centre got acquainted with the results of the re-evaluation of applications for the purchase of Municipal Unitary Enterprise Voronezhskaya Gorelektroset and believes that the organizers of the tender did not comply with the order of FAS Russia in the Voronezh region. In its order, the antimonopoly authority obliged to re-count the scores on the sub-criterion "Personnel Qualification", but it was again executed without taking into account the documents actually submitted by the tender participants. The tender commission nullified the evaluation according to the specified criteria to all participants of the tender. At the same time, JSC "GES" and JSC "EnergoInvest" to evaluate applications under the sub-criterion "Personnel Qualification" did not confirm the necessary professional education of employees. In turn, IDGC of Centre provided such documents. The company prepared and sent a corresponding application to FAS.

The organization will continue to closely monitor and by all legal means suppress any attempts at violations of the procedure for summarizing the results of the tender. Abuse by the organizers or unscrupulous participants will be immediately informed to the oversight agencies.
