Forces and means of IDGC of Centre of the Bryansk and Lipetsk branches are put on high alert mode in connection with the weather deterioration forecast

In connection with obtaining a forecast of possible deterioration in weather conditions (strong wind with gusts up to 19 m/s), two branches of IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo and Lipetskenergo - introduced a high availability operation mode.

In both branches there were meetings of crisis management centres under the leadership of enterprise managers, at which a number of organizational decisions were made. A special control over the operation of power facilities has been established. An information exchange was organized with territorial subdivisions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and executive authorities. In case of need, 288 repair crews consisting of 1,122 people, 422 automobile and specialized vehicles, as well as resources of contractors can be brought to the emergency recovery work. Also at the disposal of the branches there are reserve sources of power supply, which are needed for the first-time supply of electricity to socially important facilities of the regions.
