In the Tambov region today, on the site of the sanatorium-dispensary "Energetik", a two-day meeting of the youth of IDGC of Centre opens.
This event, annually organized by the Youth Council of the company with the support of the primary trade union organization, is conducted with the aim of identifying and developing young people’s leadership skills, an unconventional, individual approach to implementation of ideas. This year the meeting is organized in the format of the "School of the personnel reserve", more than 90 members of the Company’s talent pool will gather for it.
The meeting will be held under the motto "Young generation - for honest energy consumption!", its participants in the format of the proposed energy case solution on the example of a real operating Distribution Zone will discuss such a topical issue for the industry as reducing losses in grids and also offer their own set of measures to quickly reduce energy losses , protection of commercial metering devices, settlement of differences with the supplier of last resort and disagreements within the grid connection implementation procedure.
Young employees of IDGC of Centre will increase their professional level and receive new competences necessary for work at business trainings and team-building events.

In 2015, she was entered on the Kurskenergo Honour Board.
The contest "Best manager of the structural subdivision" is held annually on the initiative of the Free Economic Society of Russia and the International Management Academy (IAM) with the support of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Its main goal is to identify the most successful managers of subdivisions of organizations and enterprises, improve the management of the economic complex. The first stage of the contest is held in the regions, its winners become participants of the final, All-Russian stage.
