Power grid facilities of IDGC of Centre operate in normal mode at low temperatures, set in CFD

Due to the established in the territory of the Central Federal District cold weather power engineers of IDGC of Centre are implementing a set of measures for reliable and uninterrupted power supply to consumers. Socially important institutions and facilities responsible for water supply and heating of the population are under special control. To date, all electric grid facilities of IDGC of Centre have been operating normally.

In all eleven branches of IDGC of Centre there is continuous monitoring of actual weather data that are emerging in location areas of power grid facilities, operation of the electric grid facilities is being controlled around the clock.

Forces on duty and technical staff have organized snap inspections of power equipment. All personnel of IDGC of Centre took additional briefing on work at low temperatures and is provided with all necessary equipment, materials, specialized vehicles, and uniform for work in cold weather.
