Let me congratulate you on the Power Engineers’ Day and Happy New Year from all my heart!
Traditionally, assessing the results of the outgoing year, we can confidently say that the Company has passed it with dignity, successfully solving the task of quality and reliable power supply to consumers of the Central Federal District, improving the efficiency of its activities, implementing maintenance and investment programs, expanding the scope of services provided.
Achieved for 2016 high performance of IDGC of Centre was primarily due to daily efforts of many thousands of our employees, each of them with honour carried a high rank of a power engineer, ensuring not only stable operation of the Company and thereby contributing to the development of the entire electricity industry, but also creating conditions for sustainable socio-economic growth in the regions of its service area.
We also have to appreciate the dedicated work of IDGC of Centre’s staff to eliminate the consequences of technological disturbances caused by bad winter weather. In extreme conditions they demonstrated their best professional and human qualities, not only in their service area, but also came to the aid of colleagues from other subsidiaries and affiliates of PJSC "Rosseti", working with them shoulder to shoulder and showing endurance, solidarity and reciprocity.
However, in the new year we are faced with even more ambitious goals the achievement of which will require the restructuring of management and production processes, the development and implementation of new strategic plans and future large-scale projects.
I have no doubt that together, we, as a united, strong and coherent team, will be able to overcome all difficulties arising and confirm our leading position in the electric grid complex of the Russian Federation. The key to this is your responsibility, hard work and focus on results.
In this regard, in our professional holiday and New Year’s Eve, I wish you strength and energy for the implementation of these plans, the love, warmth and light in your hearts!
