Hotline of power engineering specialists:
A specialist of category 1 of the HR department of the Smolensk branch of IDGC of Centre Katerina Leontieva entered the top ten of Russia’s first contest on professional standards among HR specialists in the nomination "HR officer". Results of the competition were announced at the III All-Russian Conference "Results of the implementation of professional standards. Inspection and Litigation-2016". All in all, more than 1,950 specialists from 305 cities of Russia took part in the competitions of professional skills of HR specialists.
The contest was attended by HR experts, not the company’s management. The contest organizer was the Council for Vocational Qualifications in the field of HR management. All finalists of the contest were published in the directory Top 100 Best HR Specialists 2016, which will be released in December 2016.
During the first phase it was necessary to pass the first evaluation procedures, at the second stage to solve successfully at least three of the five proposed practical cases on professional standards "HR specialist". The third stage was the most difficult, where participants were asked to solve specific tasks received from representatives of business, industry, government. Works of the contestants were evaluated by the best experts on the method of personal analysis of the practical cases.
