IDGC of Centre – Kurskenergo division was distinguished at the federal level. For making a significant contribution to the organization and conducting activities of the All-Russian Festival #VmesteYarche the company was awarded the diploma of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation. Deputy Governor of the Kursk region Alexander Demin gave the award signed by Deputy Minister of Energy Anton Inyutsyn to First Deputy Director - Chief Engineer of Kurskenergo Vyacheslav Istomin.
Kurskenergo actively participated in the regional stage of the All-Russian Festival of energy saving "Together brighter", held in September in Kursk. The exposition of the branch became one of the most visited. The energy company presented the main types of activities of Kurskenergo, value-added services provided by the branch, as well as a detailed account of the implementation of energy efficiency programs in the enterprise. On the interactive panel, installed in the booth of Kurskenergo, anyone could test their knowledge in the field of energy conservation, answering quiz questions.
The energy company prepared a special program for children: aqua make-up and a drawing contest on the asphalt on the topic of energy saving. All young artists got some souvenirs, as well as helpful brochures with the basic principles of energy conservation and electrical safety in the home.
Kurskenergo’s festival program was praised by the organizers. "The enterprise’s exposition became the most informative and entertaining for all audiences," stressed Deputy Governor of the Kursk region Alexander Demin. "Enthusiasm of Kurskenergo’s employees, their interest in the topic and active participation in key events of the festival largely contributed to the fact that it was held at a high level, becoming a real family holiday."
