IDGC of Centre continues developing value-added services and improving their quality

IDGC of Centre summed up the sale of value-added services for nine months of 2016. During the reporting period the company received 110,253 applications for the provision of value-added services - 17% more than in the same period of 2015 (94,474 applications). 83,298 contracts for their implementation were concluded with consumers, which is 3% higher than last year. The number of executed contracts increased by 4%, to 76,268. The high demand for value-added services allowed the company to receive for nine months 657.7 million rubles of additional non-tariff means, which is 121% of the planned targets.

The range of value-added services, provided by IDGC of Centre, expands. Today the company offers its customers nine kinds of value-added services: execution of works related to the client’s competence in the implementation of grid connection ( "Grid connection support"); installation and replacement of metering equipment; installation of outdoor lighting systems; operational maintenance and repair of electrical networks and electrical equipment; reconstruction of electric grid facilities; testing and diagnosis of equipment; energy audits and energy services; design and construction of energy facilities.

The service "Grid connection support" is one of the company’s popular services. While ordering it the client receives the whole range of activities as a "turnkey" project - from document processing to actual connection of a facility to the grid, thus saving time and money. In 2015, IDGC of Centre launched a project for the development of this service, the branches of "Voronezhenergo" and "Kurskenergo" were chosen for its pilot implementation. As the first results show, the service is in high demand by consumers. Considering the good practice in IDGC of Centre, it was decided to develop the project in other parts of the company. In 2016, the Lipetsk and Belgorod branches of IDGC of Centre started its implementation. The number of concluded for nine months contracts for provision of the service "Grid connection support" was 12,683.

Another popular service of IDGC of Centre is the maintenance and development of networks of street lighting. In accordance with Federal Law of 06.10.2003 N 131-FZ "On general principles of local self-government in the Russian Federation" the responsibility for organization of construction and reconstruction of networks of exterior lighting is assigned to local governments. At the same time, IDGC of Centre strives to improve the quality of the service. So, since the spring of 2015 the company has provided its clients with a new service for the preparation of a feasibility study for the construction or upgrading of networks of exterior lighting with selection of the most appropriate technical and cost parameters. As a result, the customer receives a calculation of energy savings relative to the current level, graphical display of illumination options, possibility to make a selection of the best energy-efficient lighting equipment, to obtain data on the timing of project payback, and more.

IDGC of Centre constantly improves the quality system of services. The company uses modern technologies and communication channels to make the process of interaction with customers as comfortable as possible. CRM offices of IDGC of Centre’s branches organize seminars and round tables for individuals and legal entities, road shows and round tables on issues of connection to grids, etc. And special technical measures contribute to improving the quality of value-added services. Among the most effective in their number is stocking the branches with metering devices, which allowed significantly to reduce the turnaround time in the direction of value-added services, as well as – automation of contract work, which resulted in an almost twofold reduction in the contract processing time.
