In the first half of 2016 IDGC of Centre – Lipetskenergo division received 2,383 applications for connection to the company’s grid. It performed 1,583 contracts. The total connected capacity under the performed contracts amounted to 39.68 MW.
During this period "Lipetskenergo", in the framework of implementation of the state policy of import substitution, connected to the grid a number of production sites of agribusiness and food industry. The largest of them is the poultry farm of "Cherkizovo" Group in Zadonsky district of the Lipetsk region with the total connected capacity of 3.16 MW. Successful implementation of this project is expected to help bring the region among the leaders in terms of poultry meat produced in the country.
In Terbunsky district 1.6 MW capacity was provided to a plant for production of premixes of Group of Companies LLC "MegaMix Centre" - one of the leading manufacturers of feed additives for all kinds of farm animals and birds in the Russian Federation. With the launch of the Lipetsk enterprise Company "MegaMix" plans to increase production by half until 2020.
A plant for deep processing of grain and oilseeds of LLC "Black Earth" was connected to the grid in the special economic zone of regional level "Terbuny". Maximum power of the facility is 8.2 MW. In terms of its processing capacity the company is one of the largest in Russia among similar processing plants - according to the plans, it is going to produce about 300 thousand tons of sunflower oil per year.
Megawatts of electricity were also provided for the development of housing construction. In the first half of the year the power company completed the first phase of construction of grids for electricity supply of the under construction neighbourhood "Star". The facility customer contract demand is 2.7 MW.
Implementation of these projects is a regular contribution of the power company to the socio-economic development of the region.
