Gathering of the Youth of IDGC of Centre is over

In the Tambov region the Youth Gathering of IDGC of Centre ended. The event, held this year in the format of "School of personnel reserve" at the sanatorium "Energetic", was attended by more than 80 reservists from all regions of the company’s activities (11 subjects of the Central Federal District). The gathering was organized by the Youth Council of IDGC of Centre with the support of the primary trade union organization.

For two days the young power engineers studied at business trainings skills of public speaking, took part in team building activities. "The format of the master class was interactive, thus, we focused on techniques that the training participants will be able to use in their daily work," stressed the business manager, managing partner of the company Personnel Invest Daniil Finogeev. In addition, the reservists were on tours to major grid facilities of "Tambovenergo".

At the closing ceremony of the rally the participants were addressed to by Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Voronezhenergo director Ivan Kleimenov and Advisor to General Director, Chairman of the primary trade union organization of the company Victor Ablezgov.

"We work at the company that is a leader in the national electric grid. You, young people, have a great responsibility for its future. I wish all the members of the personnel reserve of IDGC of Centre to be assertive, active leaders, not afraid of difficulties, strive for new knowledge," said Ivan Kleimenov.

"The gathering once again showed that the personnel reserve of the company really includes the best and promising specialists able to work with full dedication. I thank all the participants for their diligent and productive work," said Victor Ablezgov.

According to the results of the meeting 15 reservists were awarded diplomas "For the activity and leadership". The "School of personnel reserve" was the next step for them to be included in the Youth personnel reserve of the electric grid complex of PJSC "Rosseti".

Commenting on the results of the meeting, the participants noted its importance and usefulness in terms of replenishment of baggage of knowledge and skills necessary for future leaders.

"The event was bright, full of activities, creative - thanks to the organizers! We were able to unleash our creativity, to discuss topical problems of the industry, and, more importantly, to feel part of a large and close-knit team of professionals," shared her impressions a leading specialist of the grid connection office of the branch "Yarenergo" Angela Pimenova.

"One of the main motivators for young people when choosing a place of work is the prospect of career growth. Such events are a good opportunity for us, young professionals, to realize that the future of IDGC of Centre is for us. It is largely up to us, who in a few years will determine how to develop one of the largest power grid companies in the country," stressed Chief of Yartsevsky Distribution Zone of "Smolenskenergo" Pavel Mikheev.
