IDGC of Centre completed collective bargaining to conclude the Collective Agreement of the company for 2016-2018. The collective bargaining was conducted in connection with the termination on 31.12.2015 of the period of validity of the Collective Agreement for 2013-2015. They were attended by representatives of the employees - chairs of trade union organizations of IDGC of Centre and authorized representatives of the employer.
Following the bargaining, a number of important decisions was taken. The document recorded a new minimum monthly tariff rate of the first category of production personnel - from 1 January 2016 it is set at 6,500 rubles. The size of payments for benefits, guarantees and compensations increases, affecting staff requiring higher social security: employees having and raising 3 or more children under 18 years of age; employees who have children with disabilities; employees at birth or adoption of a child; pensioners and others.
In addition, following the results of the bargaining, the provisions of the collective agreement were amended affecting the safety issues and establishing a list of occupations for which free special clothing, footwear and personal protective equipment in excess of the standard norms is provided. The list of professions, which entitles you to receive monthly washing and neutralizing agents, was expanded.
The Collective Agreement of IDGC of Centre concluded on the basis of the legislation of the Russian Federation, the branch tariff agreement in the electric power industry of the Russian Federation, and is designed to regulate social and labour relations in the company. The corporate social responsibility fixed in the Collective Agreements includes ensuring social stability in the company, providing jobs for employees with wages in accordance with labour contracts, attracting and retaining skilled employees, as well as providing additional benefits and guarantees to employees.
