The main electric power industry event of the year to be held in Moscow on 20-23 October 2015

20-23 October 2015 in Moscow, the Expocentre Fairgrounds at Krasnaya Presnya (Krasnopresnenskaya nab. 14) will host the International Electric Power Forum "Rugrids-Electro. Russian Grids. New opportunities".

"Rugrids-Electro" includes a business program with lots of discussion and interactive activities, as well as the largest exposition to demonstrate the scientific - technical potential of the electric power industry.

Participants of the congress part of the forum will discuss the issues of search for new opportunities in the electricity sector with a focus on key areas, such as: innovation, localization of production equipment in Russia and problems of energy efficiency and reliability.

More than 50 events of the business program of the Forum and the exhibition will be attended by about 5,000 representatives of inter-regional distribution and transmission electric grid companies, heads of "Rosseti", equipment manufacturers, developers, experts in the field of the electric power industry, industry unions and associations, federal and regional legislative and executive bodies, and scientific organizations.

The key events of the forum will debates "Electric Power Industry in Russia - a national technological way or a "mirror" of global trends of development?", as well as the plenary session "Electric power megaprojects - do we need modernization technological alliances?"

Guests of the forum will also have the opportunity to visit the "territory of electric vehicles" - the area, allowing at the same site to see current models of electric vehicles and charging stations from international manufacturers, as well as to pass a test drive of any of the presented electric vehicles: Renault Twizy, Renault Kangoo ZE, Nissan Leaf, Volkswagen Golf, Mitsubishi i-MiEV, Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV.
