IDGC of Centre continues to train specialists for the implementation of the pilot project on the service development "Grid connection support"

IDGC of Centre - Voronezhenergo division completed the second stage of training in the framework of the pilot project implemented by IDGC of Centre on the service development "Performance of work within the competence of the customer in the grid connection procedure" ("Grid connection support").

The training took place at the site of Voronezhsky Distribution Zone. The five-day course "Effective techniques of active sales" was attended by more than forty specialist of the unit of interaction with customers of Voronezhenergo. Together with an experienced coach they were examining examples from their own practice, simulated various work situations, learned quickly to establish contact with customers, with arguments and convincingly to present services of IDGC of Centre to them. Formulated on the results of their studies solutions formed the basis for developed by their participants step by step instructions that after systematization and testing in the regions, where the pilot program is being implemented, will be rolled out in all branches of the company.

 

"We believe that the manuals prepared by our experts on the basis of their own experience can help effectively organize the interaction with customers, will make it much more flexible and personalized," stressed the head of interaction with customers of Voronezhenergo Denis Snegirev.

IDGC of Centre is developing the service "Grid connection support" in order to create favourable conditions for development of small and medium enterprises: entrepreneurs of these categories are the main customers of grid connection of electrical power installations up to 150 kW, which are subject to the new service. The service is provided on the principle of "one window", with its order the client receives "turnkey" implementation of the full range of activities on documentation and connection of a facility to the grid, thus saving his or her time and money.

Voronezhenergo was identified as the pilot site for the project, along with the Kursk branch of IDGC of Centre. The training was one of the first steps in this process. The first results show that the Voronezh branch copes with its tasks quite well. Following the results of the first half of 2015 the service "Grid connection support" covers 78% of customers of Voronezhenergo, who concluded a grid connection contract for power installations up to 150 kW, which is 8% above the benchmark set in the project roadmap.
