The International Forum of Young Power Engineers and Industrialists "Forsage-2015", organized by the State Corporation "Rosatom" and the International Association for Corporate Education, opened yesterday in the Kaluga region. Its main theme this year is "Strategies of effectiveness of Russia". The Forum brought together about 800 delegates and 150 guests.
Representatives of IDGC of Centre, traditionally taking part in the forum, this year became part of the joint team of "Rosseti". For seven days together with colleagues from other regions, they will carry out tasks set by the organizers on the main theme of the event, participate in specialized moderation sessions and meetings, receive new knowledge needed for young professionals.
The Forum "Forsage" has been held since 2011. Its main objective is to create a unified communications environment that unites promising young specialists from leading Russian and international energy companies, aimed at the formation and development of creative thinking and technological culture. The event received support from the Ministry of Energy of Russia and the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs. The leaders of these organizations traditionally attend the forum. In addition, its guests are regularly top managers of major public and private companies.
