IDGC of Centre is actively involved in the implementation in the regions of its service area (11 regions of the Central Federal District) of federal and regional housing programs. The company provides connection to power grids of new housing estates and residential complexes, as well as related social and communal infrastructure.
Experts of the Tambov branch of IDGC of Centre completed work on grid connection of a new neighbourhood in the village of Leninskoye in Kirsanovsky district of the Tambov region, built within the existing program in the region to move people out of dilapidated housing. Settlers were residents of a two-storey wooden house with stove heating, built in the 30s of the last century - a total of 51 families. For them 13 apartment buildings were built. The process of connecting to the grid occurred as delivery of houses in operation, now all the constructed facilities are supplied with electricity. Total connection power is 320 kW.
During 2015 power engineers of the Belgorod branch in the framework of a similar program operating in their region will connect to the grid 40 apartment houses in seven districts of the Belgorod region. The total connected capacity of the facilities will be 3.39 MW, or 2.6% of total grid connections of the branch. The branch "Kostromaenergo" plans to provide electricity to three apartment buildings under construction with a total connected capacity of 131.7 kW. Residents of the settlements of Susanino and Vokhma and the city of Sharya will move in the new apartments, including, thanks to the power engineers of IDGC of Centre.
The Tver branch of IDGC of Centre before the end of this year will complete the work on the connection to the electric networks of residential houses built for large families in the village Pushkino and the village of Knyazevo in Kalininsky district. The total capacity of the connected facilities will be 615 kW.
In 2015 IDGC of Centre will also contribute to the implementation of the state program "Housing for Russian family", which aims to increase the availability of housing. Specialists of the Voronezh branch of the company will provide electricity to the cottage town "Nikolsky yards" under construction, located in the suburbs of Voronezh in Novousmansky metro area. In addition to residential houses, in the settlement there will be social infrastructure located: schools, kindergartens and a medical and obstetric centre. The connected capacity of the facility is 3 MW, the work will be completed in 4Q 2015. And power engineers of the branch "Tambovenergo" will connect to the power grid multi-storey buildings with a total living space of 15,000 square metres built in the neighbourhood Telecenter in the northern part of the city of Tambov. Their total connected capacity will be about 0.91 MW.
