May 28-29, 2015 in the city of Kostroma, representatives of IDGC of Centre took part in a visiting meeting with heads of departments responsible for working with staff of IDGC of Centre and 11 branches of the Company.
Opening the event, Deputy General Director for HR Management and Organizational Design of IDGC of Centre Inna Gromova praised the performance of the company in the field of personnel management, and expressed confidence that the leaders will continue to move in the direction of their professional and personal growth.
In order to enhance the professional development and competence of HR managers the seminar was organized in the form of training, which was conducted by a business coach of the management partner companies Personnel invest Moscow Daniil Finogeev. The basic training course is the formation of the psychological aspects of interaction in the professional team. The result should be that participants acquire tools to make changes, save the loyalty of staff, transfer important personnel decisions.
During 2014 IDGC of Centre also successfully implemented important human resources projects, which provided the HR division of the company the title of the best as assessed by "Russian Grids". The company's staffing is at a sustainable level and corresponds to 95.7%. Labour productivity growth in 2014 increased compared with the previous period by more than 5%. Also, as part of the preservation and development of personnel potential of IDGC of Centre, the company set 2014 as the year to strengthen the work with young people and involving them in the energy sector. The work was carried out not only with students of universities and colleges, but also with schoolchildren.
