Kostroma branch of IDGC of Centre - winner in four nominations of the regional stage of the competition "Russian organization of high social efficiency"

IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division successfully presented the Company at the held in the Kostroma region regional stage of the competition "Russian organization of high social efficiency". Power engineers became winners in four categories: "For the development of human resources in organizations of industrial sphere", "For the reduction of occupational accidents and occupational diseases in the production sector organizations", "For the promotion of healthy lifestyles in the production sector organizations", "For the development of social partnership in the production sector organizations". At the official ceremony of awarding diplomas from the hands of First Deputy Governor of the Kostroma region Ivan Korsun were given to Head of Human Resources of Kostromaenergo Nadezhda Muraveva.

The contest has been held since 2009, it is organized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Development of the Russian Federation with the participation of federal and regional authorities, nationwide employers' associations and trade unions. The aim of the competition is to provide the public with the experience of Russian organizations seeking high social efficiency in solving social problems, and foster the development of social partnership. The Kostroma branch IDGC of Centre has been participating in the contest from the year of its foundation, and is consistently ranked among winners of the regional stage. So, last year, Kostroma power engineers received diplomas of the first degree in the category "For the promotion of healthy lifestyles in the production sector organizations" and "For the development of social partnership in the production sector organizations".
