IDGC of Centre monitors the quality of electricity supplied to consumers

IDGC of Centre summarized the work on metrological support of production for 10 months in 2014.

For a specified period metrological services of its branches calibrated 17,382 units of working measuring instruments, which is 89% of the annual plan. They verified 17,080 measuring instruments (87% of the year’s plan), including 6,012 measuring current and voltage transformers and 1,795 electricity meters.

During this period the power engineers also measured electric power quality. In total, that work was performed in 6,686 control points. They repeatedly checked on request of consumers. All this allows specialists of a department of metrology and quality of electricity of IDGC of Centre in case of need to quickly organize the development and implementation of measures to bring the quality of electricity in accordance with the requirements.

It is planned to complete all scheduled work for 2014 on metrological support of production in the company on time and in full. As a result, it will provide reliable and high-quality operation of the distribution grid complex in the regions of the service area of IDGC of Centre.
