The winners of the third annual photography contest, organized by JSC «Russian Grids», have been decided. Among them there are representatives of IDGC of Centre.
The main criteria for deciding the winners traditionally were the subject line (nominations), originality (compositions) and quality of the work.
The contest was held in 17 nominations: «Geometry of the pole», «Domestic electric grid facilities», «Foreign electric grid facilities», «Poles of the past in the present», «Future poles», «Poles: connection of times,» «Innovation and poles» «In harmony with nature», «With the painter’s brush», «Power on the edge», «Poles and workers», «Web of wires», «Mystery», «Aerial view», «Energy of the City», «Unusual angle», «Beauty of Power».
In the nomination «Beauty of Power» the first place was taken by Engineer of Category 1 of power lines service of high-voltage grid Office of IDGC of Centre — Smolenskenergo division Alexander Oreschenkov with a series of works made from one camera angle. The picture shows an entry of an overhead line in the substation «Roslavl».
The first place in the nomination «Beauty of Power» was shared with the previous winner by Yuliya Ermakova, deputy chairperson of the primary trade union organization of IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division with the work «Three graces». Yuliya Ermakova is a participant of all photo contests, held in Bryanskenergo. Repeatedly her works have been recognized as the best and presented at various thematic photo exhibitions at the branch. Also Yuliya Ermakova won the second place in the nomination «Geometry of the pole» with the work «Clothes hanger». The photo was taken in Vygonichsky district of the Bryansk region.
The second place in the nomination «Foreign electric grid facilities» was taken by Vladimir Kireykov, senior master of Smolensk city Distribution Zone of IDGC of Centre — Smolenskenergo division with a cycle of works «Turkish cablemen are the most severe cablemen of the world».
The third place in the nomination «Mystery» was won by Sergey Gribov, head of operations and technology service of the Grid Control Centre of IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division. The photo captures the substation 110/35/10 kV «Pochepskaya» (Bryansk region).
The third place in the nomination «Unusual angle» was again taken Yuliya G. Ermakova, who shot an unusual «pole», installed in the territory of Navlinsky Distribution Zone of IDGC of Centre — Bryanskenergo division more than 30 years ago on an initiative of the former head of the Distribution Zone.
