IDGC of Centre has successfully passed its recertification audit for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008

In order to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system (QMS) of IDGC of Centre, developed in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, the International Certification Body BSI performed a recertification audit in IDGC of Centre.

The objectives of the audit were:
— verification of the effectiveness of the Company’s management in light of internal / external changes and its continued compliance and application with the area of certification;
— demonstration of commitment to maintain the effectiveness and improvement of the management system to enhance the operation of the QMS;
— confirmation of the integrity of the management system of the Company and compliance with the international standard ISO 9001:2008.

The scope of the audit covered the executive office of IDGC of Centre, IDGC of Centre —Belgorodenergo division, including Belgorod Distribution Zone and Gubkin Distribution Zone, IDGC of Centre —Voronezhenergo division including Repyevsky Distribution Zone, and IDGC of Centre — Orelenergo division including Sverdlovsky Distribution Zone.

In accordance with the program the following items were checked: business processes «Implementation of grid connection», «Development of grids», «Customer Relationship Management», «Sale of electric energy transmission services», «Provision of electric energy distribution», «Human Resource Management», «Development and social support of staff», «Management of information resources and technologies», as well as the business service" Logistics, purchase and procurement management".

According to the results of the audit the International Certification Body BSI issued a positive opinion, and the certificate of compliance of IDGC of Centre’s quality management system with the ISO 9001:2008 standard has been extended for another 3 years.
