August 23, 2012, an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of IDGC of Center took place. The General Meeting was chaired by Alexey Demidov, Deputy Executive Director for Economy and Finance of IDGC Holding, was held in Moscow at the hotel “Holiday Inn Suschevsky” in the form of a joint meeting of shareholders.
The agenda was as follows:
1. Early termination of the powers of members of the Board of Directors of the Company;
2. Election of members of the Board of Directors of the Company.
The owners of 93.43% of the shares of the Company voted on the agenda items, and the decisions on all the items were taken.
The General Shareholders’ Meeting early terminated the powers of the members of the Board of Directors of IDGC of Center and elected the Board of Directors with the new members:
