Best operators of the Contact Center of IDGC of Centre have been named

The Contact Center of IDGC of Centre has actively supported the idea and participated in the International Contact Center Week, organized by the Association ContactCenterWorld.

Such Weeks are held annually and this one is the12th. They include a range of activities aimed at promoting the contact center industry.

During International Week the results of the competition “Best Operator” were summed up. The criteria for selection of the winners were the results of the operators’ performance. Best operator of the service line “Direct Power hot line” was recognized Maria Dubtsova, service line “VIP-switchboard (secretary on the phone)” — Nadezhda Dzekoeva, service line “Switchboard ” - Anna Omelaeva, the best general operator was recognized Olga Malysheva and in the nomination “Most customer-oriented operator” Sophia Putilina won. In a solemn ceremony the operators-winners were awarded with diplomas and memorable souvenirs. At the time of the event was also the winner of the contest “Best operator at the choice of grid operator s” was determined. It was Olga Gorbacheva.

For your information the Contact Center of IDGC of Centre, operating since 2006, was created in the framework of integrated customer service. Daily the Contact Center receives up to 4 thousands calls out of 11 regions where the Company operates. By calling the toll free round the clock single direct Power hot line at 8-800-5050-115, the customer can get advice on the technological connection to the grid of IDGC of Centre, status of power supply, planned and emergency outages and additional services provided by the Company.

At the moment, the project is still being implemented to transfer calls of consumers from telephones of grid operators in Districts of Electrical Networks to the single Contact Center for all divisions of the Company. This will help to centralize relationships with customers, “unload” grid operators by means of fast receiving requests and provision of information.
