Power engineers of IDGC of Centre and АES-Kievoblenergo shared operational experience

Within the frameworks of working meeting which took place in Kiev the representatives of IDGC of Centre, АES-Kievoblenergo and Company “Sayner” exchanged operational experience in construction and automation of company management system using SAP solutions. Russian and Ukrainian power engineers discussed enterprise asset management system, calculation of equipment sate indices and formation of technical program with regard to equipment condition.

“This year own asset management system based on SAP PM, where all certificate specifications of equipment and data of diagnostics are at the updated level, is being implemented in IDGC of Centre, with its help we can form optimal program of repairs and replacement of equipment. Colleagues from Ukraine are interested much in our experience”, — Dmitry Pankov noted.

Participants of the meeting discussed SAP industry solutions regarding interaction with clients (CRM), relating to accounts receivable management and loss control (LPR), as well as implementation of claims activities.

“Such exchange of experience in up-to-date technologies contributes to reveal of new opportunities and improvement of own methods of power grid complex management”, — Anna Korneychuk emphasized.

It will be remembered that in April this year the representatives of AES-Kievoblenergo paid Bryansk division of IDGC of Centre working visit in course of which the colleagues from Kiev got wise to management system of Russian power engineers being constructed on the basis of SAP/R3 solutions.


For reference:
АES-Kievoblenergo transfers to and supplies consumers with electric power over area of 28,1 thousand sq. km. Total length of overhead transmission lines being serviced by the Company exceeds 43 thousand km, power cable lines are about 2,4 thousand km. Oblenergo runs about 250 substations of 150/35 kv voltage and about 9 thousand  substations of 35/0,4 kv voltage. Capacity of being run transformers exceeds 5 тthousand MVA.
