Alexandr Eyst in his greeting speech noted: “Konakovo is one of the dynamically developing districts of the region and we are sure that CSC is necessary here. Besides the core services such auxiliary services as installation and check of accounting meters, complex of power saving services, lifting of restrictions on land use, maintenance of electric equipment and many others will be rendered here. We work for clients, that is why, our task of high priority is to make power company services to be more accessible, servicing — qualitative, and help rendered to clients— highly qualified”.
Valery Maximov, the Head of Konakovo city, expressed gratitude to Alexandr Eyst: “We are glad that CSC has been opened in our city. This will allow to solve problem difficult enough for clients — to shorten the way of movement of service to a consumer”.
Tatyana Velmozhina became the first client of CSC in Konakovo; she filed an application for increase of capacity in residential house: “It is pleasant that Client Service Centre has been opened. Power engineers become closer to our problems, indeed often it is difficult to make head or tail of nuances of power supply. Today the professional consultation has been given to me and exact terms of execution of my application have been indicated. Everything is simple and does not require much time outlays”. The First Client Certificate and present were handed over to Tatyana Valeryevna.
Besides Tverenergo the specialist of power sales company will be working at the CSC site. “New Client Service Centre is significant event for power engineers and consumers. We are ready for cooperation with the branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC — “Tverenergo” at the site of Centre. This will allow to solve all problems of our clients connected with power supply in complex, on the principle of single point of contact”, — Alexandr Kulemin said.
Opening of Client Service Centres is the important activity of IDGC of Centre, JSC in the field of development of interrelation with clients. In Centre every visitor may be given consultation concerning the procedure of technological connection, may get information on legal and regulatory framework, may address on issues of power supply quality and for auxiliary services. With the help of CSC the Company supports feed-back with its consumers, what allows it to be flexible and to satisfy clients’ needs in the shortest possible time.
