IDGC of Centre, JSC is reporting on new appointments

In new appointment Alexey Zelensky will deal with the issues of organizational design and process personnel motivation within matrix system of management of the Company, standardization of organizational structure of branches, personnel recruitment and development.

Since 2006 Alexey Zelensky had been working in “Belgorodenergo” branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC, there he had held the position of the assistant of the General Director for general affairs, Deputy Director for the corporate governance of the branch, Director for organizational development.

He started his career in 2003 from the economist of the Division of the corporate policy and transformations of “Belgorodenergo”, JSC; in 2004 he headed the Department of the corporate policy of the company. In 2005 he was the Head of the Department of the corporate policy and management of “Corporate Service Systems”, JSC.

In 2003 he graduated from Belgorod State Technological University (BSTU) in specialty «Economy and management at enterprises», in 2005 — Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, in 2006 — postgraduate of BSTU. Ph.D. in Economics.

Ekaterina Khromova, the Head of the Finance Department of IDGC of Centre, JSC, will supervise issues of financial and tax planning, securing of insurance coverage of the company.

Since 2001 till 2006 Ekaterina Khromova had been working starting from an economist for financial work to Deputy Head of the financial division of “Nizhnovenergo”, JSC. Since 2006 she had been working in the Finance Department of IDGC of Centre. Since 2008 till the current appointment she had been exercising functions of the Head of the Department.

In 2001 Ekaterina Khromova graduated from State University “Higher School of Economics” in specialty “Finances and credit” with distinction.
