Over 23,000 employees of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region completed training for 6 months

In the first half of 2026, 23,267 employees of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region completed training and professional development. Of these, over 21,000 were trained at corporate training centres, while the rest were trained at leading specialized educational institutions across the country.

The training focused on occupational health and safety, safe work practices and development of professional competencies. Electrical personnel received advanced training for live work on overhead and cable power lines, as well as in switchgear up to 1000 V. Drivers received defensive and emergency driving training.

Given the specific nature of work in border regions, first aid training programs with elements of tactical medicine have been expanded. In addition, a new professional development program “Energy of Growth: From Technical Expert to Effective Manager” has been added to the corporate training system for technical managers and talent pool leaders.

Continuous personnel training remains a key focus of the companies’ HR policy, helping to maintain a high level of professional development, improve safety culture and ensure the reliable operation of power grid facilities.
