Igor Makovskiy: we are preparing a high-quality youth personnel reserve

5 February 2024 At the operational meeting, General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC, Igor Makovskiy, introduced students of Ivanovo State Power Engineering University (ISPU), who arrived at the Executive Office for practical training. Today is the guys’ first official working day.

Please, be reminded that earlier the rector of ISPU Grigory Ledukhovsky identified the four best students, who had the opportunity to gain additional professional skills under the guidance of experienced mentors from among the heads of the technical unit. Individual programs are developed for each student. The guys, as existing employees, will take part in targeted specialized meetings and in the corporate life of the organization. Based on the results of the internship, they will be offered further employment in the company.

“As part of our Cooperation Agreement with ISPU, we have for the first time taken such an initiative - to attract specialized students to work in the Executive Office in order to better prepare them for management activities. Involving students directly in production processes is work for the future both for the energy company and for the industry as a whole. For young people, this is unlocking their potential; such practice will be a good career lift”, noted Igor Makovskiy.
