Power engineers of Rosseti Centre ensured the reliability of power supply to the veterans’ hospital

Specialists of the branch “Rosseti Centre - Yarenergo” conducted a diagnostic check using thermal imaging equipment of electric grids that provide power to the Yaroslavl Regional Clinical Hospital for War Veterans in the regional centre.

From 2 April, the hospital switches to a special mode of operation. In addition to providing emergency medical care, it will begin to accept patients with suspected COVID-19.

By the order of Director General of Rosseti, Pavel Livinskiy, the power engineers need to analyze the reliability of power supply circuits and unscheduled inspections of electric grid equipment for infrastructure and social facilities in the service area of branches. The specialists of Yarenergo conducted a check of power equipment, which provides electricity to the hospital.

In the process of diagnosing electrical equipment on the balance of the war veterans’ hospital, two developing defects were identified. The forces of staff of “Rosseti Centre - Yarenergo” carried out the necessary repairs at the hospital’s power installations.

The prompt actions of the Yaroslavl power engineers made it possible to prevent the occurrence of potentially possible emergency situations in the medical facility. At present, the equipment is in satisfactory condition, the defects were eliminated. The electric grid infrastructure of the medical institution is reliable. As instructed by General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy, the work was completed as soon as possible.

Please, be reminded that in the region, the specialists of the branch “Rosseti Centre - Yarenergo”, in accordance with the uniform guidelines of PJSC Rosseti, established special control over the power supply of medical facilities, state and municipal services, public facilities for cellular communications and Internet access, online service centres and call centres.
