Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC, at the meeting discussed the implementation of the action plan to ensure the performance of requests for connection to electric grids.
Please, be reminded that since July 2022, the legislation regarding grid connection has changed. The Rosseti Centre company provided an opportunity for everyone to ask any questions in this area to the management of the branches of the Companies by organizing “Customer Days”. The directors of the branches weekly personally consult all those who applied on issues of interaction with the company, in particular, on issues of connecting to grids.
The head of the energy companies noted that the Customer Day has already become an important tool that makes it possible to improve customer service, develop universal ways to solve problems in this area, while considering each case individually.
“In the regions of presence of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region, a significant part of the population of our country lives, a large number of industrial and infrastructure facilities are concentrated. We are obliged to provide consumers with reliable power supply, as well as timely connection to our grids in order to improve the quality of life of citizens and support the pace of socio-economic development of the regions,” Igor Makovskiy emphasized.
